In 2011, Hagopian became part of the executive team at The Integrated Sales Approach, a national sales and leadership training company, heading up its operations in Southern California. Longing to get back into the service industry, Hagopian accepted the position as a General Manager with ARS.

Hagopian earned his bachelors degree in Business from the University of California, Berkeley and his masters from the University of Southern Californias Marshall School of Business.
