Top-rated SFOGLIA RESTAURANT on Manhattan's Upper East Side, boasts a "Smoke & Mirrors Cocktail" creation this month thanks to South African-born mixologist Johan Botma.

Botma substitutes Cognac instead of the traditional whiskey for his special version of Smoke & Mirrors a la SFOGLIA, pleasing customers night after night at SFOGLIA's bar and table service. His recipe is as follows:
