Springetts Brand Design Consultants Became Winner of the Notable Platinum A' Design Award

A' Design Award and Competition is proud to announce that the project "Up Your Street" by designer Kelly Bennett and creative director Moyra Casey became the winner of the famous Platinum A' Design Award in Packaging Design Category and chosen as the winner by the esteemed referees of the A' Design Awards & Competition amidst numerous nominations.

"Up Your Street" project details
Up Your Street" was made by designer Kelly Bennett and creative director Moyra Casey for Springetts Brand Design Consultants. The brand idea was aimed to reinvent and reinvigorate the ailing cottage cheese category. The concept is built around the notion of moving cottage cheese from the safety and comfort in its "old" style packaging to the more exciting and exotic graphic representation. In doing so, the product itself is reinvigorated and re-presented in new and interesting flavor combinations. The house-shaped Tetra Pak format packaging brings this concept to life in-store, creating a 'street' like view on shelf and provide with possibilities for creating new variants, sizes & limited editions.

The Platinum A' Design Award
The Platinum A' Design Award is a prestigious award given to top 1% percentile designs that has exhibited an exemplary level of greatness in design. The designs are judged by a panel of three different jury which is composed of Academic, Professional and Focus Group Members. The designs are evaluated with score normalization to remove any biases and are voted on aspects such as functionality, ergonomics, engineering, presentation, innovation, usability, fun details, technology, and any other specific points that could be considered, each of these points are further weighted for different jury groups.
